We’re pleased to welcome you to Camp Keff, Summer 2019!

We believe that summertime equals playtime—and that playtime is the best time for learning through hands-on activities that stimulate the mind, energize the body, and captivate the heart. That’s why we’ve developed a summer full of programs tailored to the needs of a child’s age and stage, led by well-trained staff that know how to create a welcoming, secure environment that inspires learning—and fun.

But more than just fun, play supports children’s physical and emotional well-being. With hands-on learning children are introduced to new social settings and have opportunities to practice and reinforce peer communication skills.

No matter how long their stay at Camp Keff, your camper’s days will be filled with experiences that make an impact for months—and years—to come. We look forward to creating special summer memories for your child.

The Start of Something Special

Our camp for the littlest campers promises a sunny place to grow. Camp Keff’s experienced early childhood educators create a safe, nurturing environment that prepares your young one for preschool. Every day brings a new opportunity to discover the world through art, music, cooking, sensory projects, and physical education—all of which support your child’s social and emotional development. Healthy mid-morning snacks and plenty of active play on our spacious shaded playgrounds round out your child’s daily experience with us. But the great times don’t stop there! Each session brings new surprises, from fun (and funny) performances by creative entertainers, to special visits from some of our two- and four-legged friends.

All activities take place at our Preschool; swimming is not included in this program.

Extended Care

Let the fun—and learning—continue with our Extended Care options. Our skilled educators spend time teaching, nurturing, and interacting with your child, ensuring that every moment with us is one spent in discovery, growth, and active engagement with new friends and new experiences.

Morning Care • 7:30 – 9:15 am
Children receive breakfast, listen to engaging stories, play games, and spend time at the playground.

Envision summer days filled with everything little hands and hearts desire: Building your swim skills—and making a splash—with our award-winning certified instructors. Art projects that bring creative dreams to life. Songs and stories that give expression to joy, wit, and whimsy. Imagination and adventure on our shaded playgrounds. The wonder of learning about movement and music. That’s summer at Camp Keff, Nevatim style.

Basic swim instruction each week. (1 time a week for both three-day and five-day campers.)

Play All Day (and Learn Along the Way)

In our camp especially designed for your active, inquisitive four-year-old, we’ve hand-crafted days filled with experiences that stimulate their intellect and imagination. Time experimenting and expressing through art, cooking, and organic gardening–plus time in independent and guided play—bring out your child’s inner “maker.” What’s more: every week, they’ll experience the best in physical education, lively and engaging music classes with our kid-friendly specialists, and super-fun swim lessons with our award-winning certified instructors. Additional highlights, such as bounce houses and special guest performers, ensure that the fun—and the learning—never end.

Extended Care

More time for fun, learning, and exploration! Our caring and experienced staff guide and support your little camper in additional activities that strengthen their growing and active body and mind, build their self-confidence, and allow them to explore the world around them in safe, secure, and wonderfully surprising new ways.

We feed young bodies and minds with a nutritious breakfast, along with stories, games, and playground time.

Campers may choose to nap from 1:00 – 3:00 pm or may rest from 1:00 – 2:00 pm and then enjoy more time engaging and exploring. Activities include Discover CATCH sports, science, cooking, art, and sensory exploration.

Nutritious Lunch
Only $7 per meal*
Take one more thing off your daily to-do list: have our friends at School Foodies prepare a delicious hot meal for your child. Each day they’ll package a creative, healthy, and delicious meal, including meals with Kosher meat, that gets delivered to your child
at lunch time.
